  3. Hi Miranda. I love the ideas in this post. You know I have been trying my best to stay healthy, do all these natural stuff and stay fit and it is great. But the downfall i find, is the draw back to the processed foods as you mentioned to stay away from. Ugh if only i could be more strict.
