  1. This is a great subject to cover. I use mindfulness meditation and it helps to calm me down and center myself. The deep breathing is a big benefit in calming down the anxiety. I don’t do it as often as I should but I am trying to make it a part of my daily routine. Although it is not meditation I did get a self hypnosis for sleeping and it takes you into a deep meditatative trance like state and I find that being in that state for the 15 or 20 minutes of the audio makes a big difference on how I feel for a good period of the day. There is a lot to be said about meditation and mindfulness and completely believe everyone could benefit from even 5 or 10 minutes out of their day to practice it.
